Why we built this
When you twist an ankle on a Saturday morning or your child spikes a fever after the pediatrician's office closes, you need care fast. The last thing you want is to scroll through search results trying to figure out which clinic is actually open, which ones accept walk-ins, and whether they take your insurance.
We started Clinical GI Associates because we wanted a single place where people could quickly find urgent care clinics that are verified as open, see their ratings and services, and call them directly. No scheduling middlemen, no lead-generation forms that sell your information to multiple providers.
The goal is simple: connect people who need immediate care with real, local clinics as fast as possible.
Behind the name
Clinical because we believe healthcare directories should meet the same standard of precision as the clinics they list. GI Associates reflects our model: General and Integrated care associates working together to build the most comprehensive urgent care directory available. The name borrows the trusted cadence of a medical practice, because that is exactly the level of reliability we hold ourselves to.
We believe finding trustworthy care should not add stress to an already stressful situation. The name reflects our commitment to clinical-grade accuracy in every listing.

We maintain a directory of 3,526 urgent care clinics across 51 US states. Each listing includes:

Every clinic page on this site is built from verified data. We cross-reference business listings, check operating hours, and confirm contact details before publishing. When information changes, we update the listing.
Our journal articles are written with the patient in mind. Instead of generic advice, we focus on practical questions: when to go to urgent care versus the emergency room, how to find clinics that accept your insurance, and what to expect during a walk-in visit.
