Charter Oak Health Center

This Clinic is very racial it's ran and run by Puerto Ricans but they put everybody else down and their race they pay no attention they don't give the best service to black people just vanish people. Today I was told I can't see my doctor and I was 10 minutes late. I've never heard of that I really never heard now I'm waiting for someone to talk to and no one wants to show up the person that runs the clinic very racial very hateful they teach that around here. It is 1:00 my appointment was for 1:00 I got here at 1:15 and everybody acting like they better than me
