Thanks for ignoring me while I waited outside when it was breezy and 57 degrees due to you failing to open the door when I was directed by your business to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Thanks for letting me wait outside in the cold instead of allowing me to wait in the waiting room. I hope you don't treat your loved ones the way you treated me. Shame on you. It's not difficult to do the right thing....it takes more energy to do the wrong thing.
