Just got off the phone with a rude and mouthy receptionist. This isn't the first time. Actually it happens every time I call Intermountain. These inept receptionist in the work force dont want to be bothered with things like appointments. Its interrupts thier tictok time. I wonder if the Dr's. know how rude they are to patients.
